​When he was introduced to FFL by a former colleague, there was no question he could succeed here to far higher levels and with a much greater impact.
​Fast forward 2 years and Julius is now a Hall of Fame Producer, the owner of a highly successful agency, positively impacting the lives of the families he protects, and helping develop the minds and businesses of the emerging leaders.

Clay Sweet

In late 2019, Clay was making his money tending bars, pouring drinks, and helping the masses escape/drown their realities for a night.

He came across a Craigslist ad for FFL - one that sparked excitement and overall fulfillment that he was longing for - and took full control of his future. A future he and his family would be proud of.

Now, he's a Hall of Fame Producer and agency owner of FFL Guardian that leads a successful and profitable agency and is no longer assisting in the numbing of life; but instead encouraging the thriving of life.

Erika Haines
Vice President
Erika spent her career in corporate America as a recruiter. She was feeling stagnant and ready to get out of the rat race. She decided to quit her job, bet on herself and build her dream in October 2020.
She was introduced to FFL by a neighbor who was thriving in the business and thought to herself “Why not her?”. She knew if she put her head down and focused on growing her business that the sky was the limit.
She’s now a Top Producer and Agency Owner leading one of the fastest growing teams in the organization. She is not confused on what it takes to make her dreams a reality. Hard work, dedication and focusing on the daily activities it takes to expand her business.
